shipping and other details
payment options
I accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, or eCheck, processed via either PayPal or Google Checkout. They're great options for me as their fees are low. (Many card processing services have high fees and hefty minimums, which must then be figured into prices.) If you've ever used eBay, you probably have used PayPal already.
If you'd prefer to pay by check or money order, just drop me a note.
shipping, packaging and insurance
Shipping and handling is added at checkout, and includes insurance and print packaging.
US shipping: $5 on orders to $100, and $7 on orders to $200; shipping is via USPS Priority or First Class. Orders above $200 are shipped via either Express Mail or FedEx economy for $20.
International shipping: $7 for orders up to $100, $9 to $200, $30 above $200.
Prints up to 12x18 are shipped flat; larger prints are rolled. I can use your own shipping account if you like. If you have a special request, just let me know.
Insurance is included in the print price.
geographic note
I'm in America - prices are in US Dollars, and sizes are in inches.If you're in southwest Idaho - hi neighbor! Drop me a note and I can deliver prints in person.
guarantee
I guarantee satisfaction with color and print quality; if you're not happy with a print, you may return it and I will reprint either a different version of the image or, if we decide it's best, another image. (This has happened only once in twelve years.) If a print is damaged in shipping to you, return it and I will gladly replace it. Due to the custom nature of prints, I can't do refunds unless another buyer is interested in that print, but I will work with you to get a print you love.
Sales terms and fine print and stuff
All printing is to order, so please allow one to three weeks for most images. Let me know if you have a deadline such as a birthday. (When needed I have turned prints around, including shipping time, in as little as 17 hours.) Prices are subject to change; shipping costs keep rising and affect lab prices. Prints are for private collections. If you're looking for reproduction rights, or a license for advertising, commercial or editorial use, please contact me. (Advertising and commercial rights are not available for all images.) It's possible that a photo for any of a variety of reasons I can't print has accidently been marked printable; if you pick one with a problem, I'll let you know. Okay, I think that about covers it. Whew!
